
MULTAN: Addressing a seminar in Multan, Punjab Minister for Agriculture Syed Muhammad Ashiq Hussain Kirmani announced that the provincial government has launched a comprehensive package worth over 174 billion rupees to protect Punjab’s agricultural land from degradation and promote eco-friendly farming practices, Radio Pakistan reported.
The initiative, spearheaded by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, aims to safeguard the region’s agricultural heritage and mitigate the impacts of climate change on farming communities, he said.
